Session open to all Adults - 60 Minutes
Session Description: The best one-hour workout you will ever experience. Cardio intervals, weight training routines, rowing and suspension straps make this workout exciting and motivating. In just 4-5 sessions, you will notice a difference in your body. Average weight loss is 5 lbs. per week for women and 10 lbs. for men, when combining the workout with a food coaching program.
