Orangetheory Fitness’ Littleton workout program is comprised of three components: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing and weight room or resistance training blocks. These 60-minute workout classes increase energy, get visible results and burn more calories (our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout), even after leaving the studio.
