Revolutionary New Fitness Studio Opens with Weight Loss Contest

ROYAL PALM BEACH, FL - Orangetheory Fitness announces the opening of their new studio at the Southern Palms Crossing Costco Plaza in Royal Palm Beach. In conjunction with their opening, OrangeTheory is sponsoring a six-week New Year’s weight loss contest with a $2,500 grand prize.
The first 25 people who qualify to enter the contest will receive six weeks of classes at the studio, four times per week. They will also receive professional food coaching during the contest. The contestant losing the most weight at the end of six weeks will win a $2,500 cash prize, second and third place contestants will also receive prizes. Orangetheory’s Fort Lauderdale contest winner lost 48 pounds in just six weeks.
The concept behind Orangetheory Fitness is proven to result in visible toning within five class sessions. Their unique fat burning workouts succeed by keeping heart rates within a specific target zone during focused interval training, while students use no-impact equipment and free-weights in fun, motivating group sessions. Highly trained personal fitness instructors lead every class, coaching and monitoring each student carefully. Students continue to burn calories at an accelerated rate for 24-36 hours after each session. Contest begins January 1, 2011.
