Alli Harris

As an athlete, Alli played soccer, track, and lacrosse throughout college. She then went on to coaching sports and felt that becoming a trainer and group fitness instructor was a natural fit. Alli believes lifestyle change cannot be done alone.  She strives to provide creative workouts that help motivate people to achieve their wellness goals.  In her spare time, she likes to keep physically active by coaching her daughter’s soccer team, participate in mud races, and teach her outdoor fitness club.

Duyane ChaCamp

Duyane has a background as a personal trainer and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He believes in having a positive attitude, staying active, and the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. He loves to train in creative and challenging ways. Duyane has worked with clients of many different backgrounds and abilities from athletes to the deconditioned. He finds reward in helping people to become more fit and make positive lifestyle changes. When you come to Duyane’s class, come with water, a towel, and get ready to sweat!!

Frank Pistorio

Frank is a lifelong athlete and health enthusiast with a genuine passion for the role he plays in his client’s fitness goals. A graduate of the renowned Fitness Institute International and a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA CPT), Frank brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and a wealth of knowledge and excitement to his clients' workouts. Additionally, he holds certifications in nutrition, weight management, TRX, cardiovascular training and CPR. Whether your goals are weight loss, general health or sports-specific skill development, Frank's focus on sound physiological and anatomical principles will produce goal oriented results and a higher level of functioning. During his free time, Frank enjoys running, cycling, kayaking and boating.

Jen Glamoclija

Jennifer has had an interest in fitness since she was a teen. Upon finishing a bachelor’s degree in Biology she decided to pursue a career in health and fitness so as to share her passion and knowledge to help those around her achieve their personal fitness goals. She became a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and began teaching spin classes and training. She also participated in two NPC fitness competitions, placing in both and winning first in one of them.
She currently works with individuals ranging from beginners to pro athletes. Whatever your fitness level, she will help you achieve your goals. Jenn is an active mother of three and loves her job as fitness professional. In her spare time, she likes to run, ski, and spend time with her kids.

Marli McCleary

Marli began her fitness journey in her early teens, running cross-country in high school, followed by rowing in college (go Gators).  Upon graduating college, she moved to NY and then LA for 6 years to pursue her career in business development within the fashion & luxury industries, but then returned to Florida because Publix wasn’t available in either states (just kidding).  Leaving the world of fashion, she now works full-time as an executive recruiter within the enterprise technology sector. Continuing to fuel her passion for the fit life, she taught herself over the last 8 years how to lift weights by reading and studying countless books, magazines and programs, and even jumped on the stage for a couple fitness competitions.  The stars aligned when she discovered Orange Theory Fitness – with its perfect blend of all her favorite fitness elements: running + rowing + resistance training.  She signed up as a member, and after 6 months became so motivated about the product and her results that she wanted to guide others to their success on the platform, by coming on board as a coach. In her free time she: 1) Teaches classes at OTF 2) Takes classes at OTF 3) Eats a lot of fruit & vegetables 4) Reads – knowledge is power!! 5) Goes to church 6) Spends time with her family, friends and boyfriend 7) Volunteers at the local hospital. Her favorite OTF moves – sprints, box squats and kettle bell pyramids!

Sherif Abdellatif

Sherif has been a personal trainer since 2010. He focuses not only on workouts, but nutrition and lifestyle choices as a way to keep weight off, stay in shape and live the life you have always wanted to live. He works one to one with every person and individualizes training plans accordingly. Sherif’s clients have experienced lasting success with their personal training goals because his methods are all-encompassing. He trains his clients by incorporating not only the workouts in the gym, but the choices made outside of the gym. Sherif trains clients to remain focused on their health and personal fitness goals. He has an understanding of individual needs and is able to push people to get them the results for which they strive. Training Philosophy - In his words... "I firmly believe that whatever goal you have, it is attainable. Investing in your health boosts confidence, especially when you reach up to the challenge, seize it and surpass your own expectations. My goal as a trainer is to help you along the way and provide you with positive support, encouragement, and the proper workouts to help you attain your goal(s)." Additionally... Sherif is a MMA amateur fighter. He’s been training since the age of 20 and has an impressive record of 5-1. His fighting style is Jiu Jitsu and recently competed in the NAGA tournament here in Boca Raton FAU campus. He loves the sport and continues to train/compete as a hobby on his spare time.

Randy Bowers

As a serial small business developer, Randy has founded and sold several businesses since the age of 25. Today he oversees operations at both of his companies, Bowers contracting Corp, and Bowers Roofing Inc. "After meeting with Ellen, Jerome and David, it was evident to me that getting involved with Orange Theory Fitness was a no brainer so I bought two for starters."  - Randy Bowers

 

 

 

Rob Simonelli has been a Fitness Professional for the past 17 years and is certified with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health Fitness Specialist (HFS). Additionally, Rob is certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  Recently, Rob has completed the prestigious Resistance Training Specialist course (RTS123).  Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee where he served as a student Strength and Conditioning Coach for the University’s Athletic Department. He continued on to the Master’s of Education program at the University of Wyoming where he studied Sports Administration and served as Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Rob accepted a position at the University of Miami as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and relocated back to his home in south Florida. Later, he accepted a position at the Evert Tennis Academy in Boca Raton as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator. Rob’s passion grew to focus on pursuing his own business as a Personal Trainer and began a career at Lifetime Boca Athletic Club, where he has remained for the past ten years. Throughout his career at Lifetime, Rob has trained Professional Athletes including NHL and NFL players. He has achieved multiple awards and National recognition as Trainer of the Year and the Revenue Achievement Award.  Recently, Rob was promoted to Regional Training Specialist at Lifetime Fitness where he oversaw the development of his personal training colleagues.  Finally, in 2011 rob has accepted the position of senior instructor for Kettlebell Concepts Inc, where he certifies fellow fitness professionals in the use of the Kettlebell.
Rob’s goals for his clients are to achieve previously unattainable levels of fitness quickly and safely, while continuing to be a resource for clients past and present.
