Aundre Johnson

Aundre has been involved in fitness from youth through collegiate football at Western State College to a personal trainer were he studied at the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado . He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He caters to all levels of clients from new fitness enthusiasts to conditioned athletes. Aundre believes Orangetheory is the most complete program of cardiovascular, endurance, power, stability, core strength, flexibility, calorie burn, and lean muscle gain wrapped all in one, that no other program out there can compete with. Aundre is passionate and dedicated about sharing his knowledge and experience to changing peoples lives from the inside out.

Chad Leland

Chad received his Bachelor’s Degreen in Exercise and Sport Science from Coloroado State University and has several certifications including NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer, USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach, and a SPORTXCEL youth training certification. Chad comes with years of experience in the field of sports performance as well as weight loss and general conditioning. He has trained hundreds of middle school to elite amateur athletes in numerous sports to maximize their rehabilitation, improve their athletic performance, and reduce their risk of injury. He is excited to be a member of the Orangetheory Team as he gets the best of both worlds. The opportunity to work with amazing clients who are becoming unbelievable athletes by completing the industries best 1 hour workout day in and day out.

Lauren Hayden

Lauren Hayden has always had a passion for health and fitness. She played collegiate volleyball at Baruch College in New York City while pursuing a business degree. After graduating, she moved back to Colorado and was hired on at OTF Centennial as a sales staff member. She ultimately realized she wanted to become a trainer and got her NASM- CPT certification. She is excited about starting off her training career at OTF. "I love Orangetheory because of the high energy and friendly vibes and I am so excited to be involved in the training aspect of the studio." Her philosophy about fitness is that "Fitness is a journey, not a destination. It is exciting to push yourself past the limits you thought you had and to set new goals that you can strive to accomplish."

Mason Hellevang

Hi, I am Mason Hellevang and I grew up in a small town in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I grew up playing every sport possible and when I got to high school I had to make a decision on what sports I wanted to keep with. I played football, wrestled and ran track the four years I was in high school. I went to the University of Wyoming where I was pursuing my Registered Nurse degree and 4 years in realized the hospital setting was not for me. I knew I loved exercise and all sports so I decided to get my exercise science degree with an emphasis in exercise physiology. I graduated school and decided Denver was the place for me, “How can you beat Colorado!?” A few hobbies of mine are skiing in the winter, and wakeboarding and anything outdoors in the summer. I heard of Orangetheory Fitness from one of the former head coaches and read up on the concept and thought to myself how can any fitness studio be better? Heart rate monitoring, weights and interval training the whole time, genius! I have been coaching with the Centennial location since June of 2012 and took over the head coaching position the beginning of 2013. I wanted to end this with saying, “give Orangetheory a shot” I can promise whoever you are and whatever your needs OTF is the fit. It has changed hundreds upon hundreds of lives since I have been with the company and there is no stopping anytime soon!

Max Hearn

Max has his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with a major in Sports Training and Conditioning. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He grew up playing nearly every sport out there but really found his true passion with weightlifting. He has personally trained many clients and athletes from all walks of life. Max is beyond excited to be a part of the Orangetheory team because he gets to take his passion with health and exercise and share that with everyone in the industries best 1 hour workout.

Orangetheory Fitness, the energizing heart-rate-monitored interval fitness concept sweeping the nation, is now open in Centennial. Each energizing 60-minute session is broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, producing a tremendous metabolic increase and calorie burn for up to 38 hours after the workout.
