I weighed 210 pounds and was not living a healthy life style. The next day I joined a gym and began my fitness journey. In 18 months I lost over 55 pounds and had rediscovered the athlete I was as a child and teenager. During my journey I found that I had the ability to inspire others with my personal success and my passion for fitness. After becoming a certified Spin instructor I fell in love with being a group exercise instructor and began training for OrangeTheory Fitness. I bring a unique understanding of my clients because I know how challenging it is to make dramatic changes in your lifestyle."
