My Name is Abdul Fox and I have been with Orangetheoryfitness since 2011. I am originally from Queens, New York. I have been blessed through hard work and dedication to have achieved a 12yr Professional Basketball Career both in the NBA and Europe. I am a Re-Inspired Professional Athlete and excited to bring forth that same work ethic and determination to my career in Personal Training and Coaching here at OrangeTheory Fitness. So please stop in anytime and let's SPLAT off those Calories and have a little fun at the same time.

Blaze straight from the Midwest Columbus Ohio, I have a great energy and love to see people make postive changes in there lives. I am Motivated and bring great music and upbeat to Orange , cant wait to see you in class.

Brooke Yoder

Brooke originates from Ohio and received her bachelors degree from Wright State University in Health and Physical Education in 2004. After teaching Health and PE and coaching dance for several years, she discovered a passion for fitness and decided to pursue a career in personal training, focusing on weight loss and muscle gain through individualized program design and nutritional guidance. Not long into her personal training career, she stumbled into group fitness and realized that was the environment she thrived in. She became certified in 3 Les Mills programs and taught in facilities all over the Brandon and Tampa area. Brooke has now found her home in OrangeTheory fitness where she is able to combine her love of personal training and the group atmosphere, and is dedicated to helping our members realize their potential, achieve their goals and find their passion for fitness.

Dominique Richardson

I got started in the fitness industry while attending group fitness classes as an undergraduate at the University of Florida. From there I got certified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. During my time at UF I helped manage the group fitness program for two years before moving back to Tampa, Fl. Since being back in Tampa , I've continued my desire to help individuals achieve there fitness goals here at Orange Theory as well as being the Fitness Program Assistant at USF. I love everything about fitness and I am blessed to be doing something I have a passion for.

Jessy

Jessy grew up and graduated in Logansport, Indiana and recently moved to Tampa area from Lafayette, Indiana where she ran her own personal training studio for 6 years. Jessy played basketball, soccer, and ran track in high-school, she attended IUPUI college where she continued her soccer career. She went on to play semi-pro for San Diego SeaLions in 2004 and pro for FC Indiana in 2007. She helped lead FCI to a National Championship winning the WPSL title in 2007 and also defeating the New Zealand National Team and the U-20 Mexican National Team that year. In 2008 she helped FCI win the Open Cup Championship and then she settled into Lafayette and opened her training studio in 2009. Jessy has worked with the elderly adults, young athletes, parents, and post athletes for the past 8 years in developing speed, agility, strength, flexibility, coordination, power, and confidence. Her motivation in life comes from bringing the best effort out in others!

Melissa Vogt

Melissa’s passion for fitness, health and wellness was ignited at 14 years old when her bodybuilding father finally allowed her to join him on the weight room floor at the military base gym. By 16, she had her first job at a gym. Since 1999, Melissa has successfully pursued parallel careers in both professional modeling and fitness. Melissa’s travels have exposed her to many inspiring instruction styles and methods of fitness; which she has interwoven into her own methodology. Melissa believes in mixing things up in ones fitness regime to maximize and compliment ones cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and mental state. Melissa is a certified trainer by Orange Theory Fitness, Evolation Yoga, Schwinn Cycling, Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning, Lagree Pilates and a certified personal trainer through the NCCPT. Melissa’s style of teaching is motivating, effective, intelligent, and fun. Her music is eclectic and guaranteed to get your body moving. She invites all levels of fitness and is eager to help people achieve their fitness goals!

Raschad

My name is Raschad and I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. My focus has been on holistic health and well-being for the last 5 years. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, I am also a licensed massage therapist, a 200hr registered yoga teacher and hold certifications in holistic lifestyle coaching and holistic psychology. My broad knowledge base as well as my fascination with the body and the human experience allows me to assist people in maximizing their potential at the most fundamental of levels. I hope to see you in class!

Tony Jones Sr.

Chicago native Tony T. Jones, Sr. has led his entire young and adult life in the areas of sports and nutrition. In addition, because of Tony’s vast experience in the healthcare industry, having owned a home healthcare company, Tony understands the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle with good diet choices, regular exercise and healthy rest habits. Having played eight years of professional football gave Tony the knowledge of legendary exercise concepts combining food and vitamins for optimal use of the body. He has had over twenty years of professional training experience, and great successes using all of the professional knowledge obtained over the course of years. Subsequently, Tony has coached on all levels of football: high school, college and professional leagues. Three things that describe Tony T. Jones, Sr. are loyal, hard working, and a great motivator; he gives all the glory to God. When asked to give his favorite motivation quote, Tony simply said “Chop wood. Because that is one of the most difficult things one can do.” This speaks of the mindset of this hard working man. He has and will meet his goals with vitality, and continues to challenge those around him to excel beyond their own beliefs.

Terry Blachek

Terry Blachek has over 25 years experience in the management, operation, sales, marketing and development of club companies in the health and fitness business. He began his career as the Chief Operating Officer of The Fitness Company with 75 clubs in operation and based at the World Trade Center on the top two floors of the Marriott Hotel. Terry was also the Executive Vice President for Crunch Fitness in New York City doubling the company’s size during his tenure through startups and acquisitions. Crunch was recognized in the industry for its hip urban brand and its exclusive programs in group fitness and personal training before being sold to Bally’s Total Fitness in 2001. It was also the club of choice for T.V. celebrities, movie stars and onsite press photos for a variety of media groups.

Terry joined Lifestyle Family Fitness when they had 10 clubs and developed and grew the company to over 48 locations nationwide in his role as the Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. His most recent role was President of International Consulting, which services fitness club companies across the United States, Brazil, Mexico and Canada.

Terry is one of the four founders of Orangetheory Fitness. His love for Tampa, where he has resided for the last decade, made it an easy decision to bring Orangetheory Fitness to the entire Tampa Bay area.
